Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time shown in the product details is valid provided that the product is available in the supplier’s stock, subject to prior sale. Supplier orders are dispatched at the beginning of the week and mainly arrive at our Vantaa warehouse during the following week, except for possible delays caused by public holidays or other reasons.
Factory orders are always case-specific.
We follow the warranty terms defined by the manufacturer or importer. Parts used in competition are covered only against manufacturing defects.

The products we import and sell are intended բացառապես for competition and track use. The products are not approved for road use and are not suitable for road traffic unless the manufacturer has expressly stated that they meet the requirements for road use. The customer is responsible for the use of the product and for ensuring that it is suitable for its intended purpose. The importer is not liable for damage caused by using the product for any purpose other than its stated intended use.

Our customer register is confidential, and we undertake not to disclose information to third parties for commercial purposes. If you do not wish to receive marketing messages from us, please contact our customer service immediately after placing your order.

A binding sales contract enters into force once the order has been processed. The order confirmation is delivered to the customer by email. We reserve the right to change prices and order and delivery terms before the sales contract has been formed. After the order, any changes require a lawful basis.

Persons under 18 years of age may purchase products from the online store only with the consent of a guardian. The guardian’s name, phone number and email address must be included with the order. This information can be provided at checkout under "Other".

Product availability is shown on the product’s own page. If the product is not in stock, the estimated delivery time is shown instead of availability.

Product images are indicative. We reserve the right to change information without separate notice. If the product information is unclear, contact us and we will provide more details about the product. Do not order a product if you have not fully understood the product description.

Order Cancellation Before Delivery

You may request cancellation of an order before delivery if the order has not yet been processed or forwarded.

Products delivered directly from stock:
Cancellation of an in-stock order before delivery is generally possible if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Products ordered from supplier stock Leveringstid:
A cancellation request for a product ordered from a supplier is generally possible before the order has left the supplier.
When the order status changes to “Incoming”, the product has left the supplier.

The order status is visible to the customer in the online store order tracking.

Waiting within the estimated delivery time alone is not a sufficient reason for cancelling the order before delivery.

The above applies to order cancellation before delivery. The statutory right of withdrawal after receiving the product is determined below under “Right of Withdrawal and Return Costs for Supplier Products” and under “Returns”.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Costs for Supplier Products

Supplier products are subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins when you, or a recipient authorized by you, have received the product.

Supplier products are sourced separately from a foreign supplier based on your order. For this reason, the order starts an international supply chain that may include freight, export forwarding, import procedures and handling stages before the product arrives to us or to you.

When the order status changes to “Incoming”, the product has left the supplier.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the costs arising from arranging the return in accordance with the following cost structure.

The return cost for supplier products is determined as follows when the product requires a separate return arrangement and cannot be returned as a standard postal parcel:
• Base freight: €100
• Weight surcharge: €12/kg
• Export forwarding / export clearance for the return: €30
• Handling fee: €15

Example: the return cost for a product weighing 2 kg is approximately €169.

The return cost covers the cost arising from arranging the return. Any return must be carried out in accordance with the instructions provided by the seller.

If a shipment is left uncollected without a notice of withdrawal, we will charge the actual transport costs in both directions as well as handling costs.

No return costs will be charged if the product has a manufacturing defect or another defect for which the seller is responsible. In such cases, the return and complaint instructions for defective products shall apply.

Withdrawal can be made through the online store withdrawal function or by another clear notice of withdrawal.

Returns

Private individuals have the right to return products within 14 days from their arrival. Returned products must be faultless, unused and in their original packaging. Any product packaging must also remain saleable if the product can be examined without breaking the packaging.

The return must be notified in advance, and the return must be made in accordance with the instructions provided by the seller.

For products returned or sent back independently without prior notice, the customer is responsible for the costs caused by the return. The seller processes returns according to its own return process.

We will refund the price you paid for the products within 14 days from the time your returned products have arrived to us or you have shown that you have sent them back. By default, the refund will be made using the payment method used for the order. If you return products to our store, we will refund the price in cash or to a bank account.

We refund delivery costs according to the standard delivery method. If you selected a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery method, the additional cost will not be refunded. Delivery costs will not be refunded if the return concerns only part of the order and no refundable delivery cost arises under the law.

Defective Product

If the product has a manufacturing defect, fill out the return form. In the form, choose whether you want a new product to replace the defective one or a refund. Under no circumstances will a defective product cause any costs to you.

You may also bring the defective product to our store, but please contact us first so that we have time to order a replacement product if necessary.

Ensuring Product Suitability

Before placing an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is suitable for its intended purpose. We recommend carefully checking the product’s technical specifications and compatibility from the manufacturer’s official website or other reliable sources. Please note that we are not responsible for the accuracy of any possible errors or omissions in the product information. Product descriptions and technical specifications may change without separate notice, and their accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

Finnish law applies to disputes arising from this agreement. The consumer also has the right to submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board or to a competent court.
