Returneringer

Private customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them.

All returns must be agreed in advance with the seller before returning any products. Returned products must be unused, faultless, and in their original packaging.

Returns sent or delivered without prior agreement will not be collected or processed. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all costs related to the return, and the seller is under no obligation to receive or collect the shipment.

We will refund the price of the returned products in full within 14 days after the returned products have been received and accepted by us. Refunds are made using the payment method used for the original order.
Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to an error made by the seller or a defective product.

The right of return does not apply to separately ordered (*1), individually sourced, or made-to-order products. Such products are ordered at the customer’s specific request, typically from suppliers outside the EU, and are not normally kept in stock. These products cannot be returned to the supplier or resold without significant loss of value.

Before confirming the order, the customer accepts that the product is individually sourced and excluded from the right of withdrawal under Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, unless the product is defective or otherwise faulty and the seller is responsible for the defect.

Product failures

If a product is defective or faulty, please contact customer service and follow the provided return instructions. You may choose whether you want a replacement product or a refund. In no case will any costs be charged to you for returning a defective or incorrect product.

Product Compatibility Responsibility

Before placing an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is suitable for its intended use. We recommend carefully checking the product’s technical specifications and compatibility information from the manufacturer’s official website or other reliable sources. Please note that we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of product information. Product descriptions and technical details may change without notice, and their accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

*1 A separately ordered product refers to a product sourced at the customer’s request from a supplier’s warehouse, typically with a delivery time of 7–15 business days. These products are ordered specifically for the customer from suppliers around the world and are not normally stocked. Therefore, such products do not have a standard right of return unless the product is defective or incorrect.
