Private customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them.
All returns must be agreed in advance with the seller before returning any products.
Returned products must be unused, faultless, and in their original packaging. The product packaging must also be in saleable condition if the product can be inspected without breaking the packaging.
Returns sent or delivered without prior agreement will not be collected or processed. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all costs related to the return, and the seller is under no obligation to receive or collect the shipment.
We will refund the full price of the returned product within 14 days after the returned product has been received and accepted by us. Refunds are made using the payment method used for the original order.
Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to an error made by the seller or a defective product.
Restriction of the right of return:
The right of return does not apply to separately ordered, individually procured, or made-to-order products.
Such products are defined as items ordered at the customer’s request from the supplier’s warehouse or procured specifically for the customer, and which are not normally kept in stock. These products typically have a delivery time of 7–15 business days and are ordered according to the customer’s order from domestic or international suppliers.
These products cannot be returned to the supplier or resold without significant loss of value. Before confirming the order, the customer accepts that the product is individually procured and excluded from the right of withdrawal under Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or other fault for which the seller is responsible.

If a product has a manufacturing defect or is faulty, please fill out the return form and follow the provided instructions. You may choose whether you want a replacement product or a refund.
In no case will any costs be charged to you for returning a defective or incorrect product.
You may also bring the defective product to our store, but please contact us in advance so that we can arrange a replacement product if necessary.
Before placing an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is suitable for its intended use. We recommend carefully checking the product’s technical specifications and compatibility information from the manufacturer’s official website or other reliable sources.
