This distributor includes a melonized drive gear compatible with most flat tappet or hydraulic roller camshafts. If used with a mechanical roller camshaft, a bronze or other compatible gear should be used as recommended by the cam manufacturer. .500 Shaft Distance from block mounting flange to top of cap is 8-3/8. Use with ALL81232 or ALL81234 ignition coils or equivalent.
