What is the difference between store and warehouse stock levels?

  • If the product is available in the store’s stock, it can usually be shipped or picked up on the same day the order is placed.
  • If the product is only in the supplier’s warehouse, it will arrive at the store within 1–2 weeks of the order.
  • If the stock level shows exactly 0 units, please contact us so we can look into the matter.

Is the price shown in the online store final?

  • Yes! On top of the online store price, you only pay for the delivery method you choose. Pickup from the store is free of charge.

Delivery time?

  • Within Finland, we aim to deliver packages within 5–15 business days. If the product is available in our store, it can usually be shipped the same day.
  • International delivery takes longer and depends on the destination country. A realistic estimate is shown in the shopping cart.

Which payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept card payments, online banking, invoice, and MobilePay – in other words, all the most common payment methods.
  • You can pay the full amount at once or in installments.

Order tracking

  • You can track the progress of your package by clicking the link and logging in.
  • Check your orders

Delivery status?

  • “Awaiting arrival” means the product is on its way according to the estimated delivery time. The estimated delivery time is usually 5–15 days.
  • “Coming” means the product has already left the supplier and is awaiting arrival at our warehouse.

What should I do if I forgot my account password?

  • You can reset your password on the login page by selecting “Forgot your password or logging in for the first time?”
  • You can also access the login page by clicking the person icon at the top of the page or via the link below. 

Do you have a customer service phone number?

  • Our customer service currently operates via email and at our pickup point.
  • We previously offered phone support, but the demand grew so high that it became unsustainable without a dedicated team.
  • We want to ensure every customer gets a thoughtful and timely response – that’s why we focus on channels where this is realistically possible.
  • Thank you for understanding – we’re here to help, even if not by phone.

Tax Free with VAT number?

  • Yes its possible outside Finland with valid VAT number.
  • Go language menu and select destination country.
  • Click "use tax free prices"
  • VAT number is asked at the checkout
