Supplier Shipment Status

This page provides status updates for our consolidated incoming supplier shipments. The supplier-to-Vantaa part of the journey does not have customer-accessible public tracking, so we update the main shipment status here.

If your order was placed before a “Shipped on” date and the ordered items were available from the supplier, your products would normally be included in that shipment.

In transit means the consolidated shipment has left the supplier and is on its way to our warehouse in Vantaa. Arrived Vantaa means the shipment has reached our warehouse and customer orders are being processed for pick-up or onward delivery.
